Return policy
Annulment
We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If your order is cancelled you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel orders if the product has already been shipped.
Refunds (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to make a complaint within 30 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To process a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not return the purchased goods to the manufacturer.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping costs. The specific rate should be based on the express company you choose.
If the goods received are damaged or incorrect for our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the delivery costs for this reason.
Consumers are not charged any restocking fee for returning products.;
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your return has been approved or declined. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the specified number of days.
Late or missing returns (if any)
If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Then contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be sent. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@watchserene.shop.

Standard Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt free of charge. Returned item(s) will be refunded. Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.

Damaged Items
If your items are received damaged, please send a photo with the damaged item along with your order number to with the subject line: DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
